Role Requirements:
You will manage a varied caseload of clinical negligence and abuse claims, working with a wide range of clients including indemnifiers, insurers, public bodies and healthcare professionals. Collaboration is central to the role, with opportunities to work alongside colleagues in litigation, regulatory matters, disciplinary hearings and public inquiries.
Experience:
* Qualified Solicitor with 6+ years’ PQE
* Background in litigation; personal injury experience is advantageous
* Experience in clinical negligence or abuse work welcome, though not essential
* Confident handling complex, sensitive matters
* Comfortable engaging directly with clients and meeting reporting requirements
Skills:
* Clear and effective communication
* Ability to operate well within a fast‑paced environment
* Analytical approach with enthusiasm for tackling challenging legal issues
