About the role
At a glance
Salary range: £31,500 to £44,200 per annum, depending on skills and experience. Additional payments may apply based on shift pattern. Overtime is available but not guaranteed.
Contract type: Permanent
Work Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, with three shift options:
* Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm (no shift premium)
* Late Shift: Monday to Friday, 2pm to 10pm (25% shift premium, additional £7,875 annually)
* Swing Shift: 2-week rota alternating early and late shifts (15% shift premium, additional £4,725 annually)
Location: Bracknell, Central Transport
Responsibilities
* Refinish and prep Partnership vehicles efficiently and effectively.
* Prepare panels to a high standard.
* Apply paint and spray vehicles including vans, HGVs, and trailers.
* Maintain safety standards and comply with regulations.
* Ensure high-quality, cost-effective repairs.
* Work with guidance from team leaders.
* Manage your time effectively and stay motivated.
* Collaborate as part of the team and assist others.

Qualifications and skills
* City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 Vehicle Damage Paint Technician or equivalent.
* Full UK Manual Driving Licence.
Desirable skills
* Experience in commercial vehicle painting.
* LGV C+E driving licence.
