You should be comfortable managing a team and juggling multiple deadlines.
You will contribute to client proposals and presentations, and our clients will see you as a trusted advisor to work closely with them in identifying, analysing, and solving their business challenges.

Requirements
1. Strong academic record: preferably with a relevant or business-focused degree (such as business, data analytics, computer science, or information systems)
2. An established portfolio of work experience, post-qualification, ideally within a professional services environment
3. Support Managers with client evaluations of Business Intelligence solutions providing information and demonstrations to help them assess fit for their business
4. Support Managers with scoping the implementation services required to help clients achieve their objectives
5. Build reports, dashboards, and scorecards using a variety of tools
6. Able to interact effectively with internal and external resources, at all organisational levels
7. Ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously
8. Strong written & oral communication and presentation skills
9. Demonstrate the ability to understand and assess client requirements/issues, consider and analyse the impact, and propose solutions to address these
10. Must be a team player, able to work in virtual teams and independently
11. Proactive, organised, and self-motivated
12. High proficiency in MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint
13. Demonstrate and operate in line with RSM’s core values of excellence, teamwork, integrity, respect, and stewardship
14. Understanding of what Finance process design ‘good looks like’
15. Experience of working on Finance transformation projects
16. Experience with methodologies (Lean Six Sigma, Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, etc.)
17. Experience of facilitating workshops
18. Knowledge and experience of Finance process design
19. Experience in formal data quality assessments
20. Experience in defining and managing master data and business metadata
21. Experience with Power BI for data modelling and creating reports and visualisations
22. Knowledge of Alteryx
23. Knowledge of data analysis programming languages R, Python
24. Basic understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and architectural designs
25. Understanding of Microsoft business intelligence platforms, including SQL Server Databases, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), SQL Server Utilities, Azure Data Resources, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Bricks, and Azure Analysis Services
26. Knowledge of Tableau & QlikView / Qlik Sense
27. Train end users and system administrators
28. Provide clients with ongoing technical support and troubleshooting
