Your new role
In this role, the successful candidate will take full ownership of the end-to-end, in-house payroll function for a growing workforce. They will be responsible for ensuring payroll is processed accurately, efficiently, and in line with all relevant legislation andpany policies andplex terms and conditions, processing payroll on a weekly and monthly basis.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have:
1. Proven experience managing end-to-end payroll in an in-house environment
2. Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation, including HMRC requirements and RTI submissions
3. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
4. Experience using payroll systems such as Sage, ADP, Workday, or similar
5. Strong Excel and data handling skills
6. The ability to work effectively and proactively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
7. Excellentmunication skills with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
