Job Title : Volunteer – Community Support Location : Dudley Pay : £14.50 – £16.00 per hour Contract : Zero-hour (with opportunity to move into permanent role) We are recruiting volunteers to provide community-based support across Dudley. This role involves assisting children and adults with disabilities, SEND, emotional wellbeing, behavioural support, and personal development as needed. Skills and Experience: Experience supporting individuals with SEND, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, or mental health needs Knowledge of behavioural support and de-escalation strategies Experience delivering therapeutic or wellbeing interventions Ability to support emotional regulation and personal development Ability to work independently or in small groups Strong communication and teamwork skills Flexibility and adaptability to different community settings Additional Requirements: Must be on an up-to-date system or willing to pay for a new DBS Willingness to travel Hours based on service and contract needed.
