Salary: Competitive Business Unit: Clinical Technologies Open To: Internal and External Applicants Ref No.: HRJOB10684 The Role A typical day for an eClinical Support and Implementation Engineer will span all phases of a projects delivery lifecycle; start-up, implementation, support and close-out. The primary function is to provide support to end users and configuring/developing Almacs client facing eClinical systems. The eClinical Support and Implementation Engineers tasks will vary from day to day. They will range from providing support for Almacs eClinical solutions, reviewing requirements documentation, configuring, developing and testing eClinical Systems. The successful candidate will work closely with employees across the Almac Group to deliver products and services. The eClinical Support and Implementation Engineer is assigned an internal levelling identifier (Level 1 through Level 4) pursuant to their grasp of the appropriate job functions and skills, experience level and their breadth of responsibility. We are looking for someone with experience supporting and implementing software through a formal SDLC leveraging MS PL/SQL. A self-motivated professional with excellent communication skills, strong organizational, problem-solving and critical thinking skills. This is currently a global team of 6 which will grow to 7 with the appointment of this role and is planned to grow rapidly over the next 12 to 24 months.
