UK Nationwide | Monday–Friday | 37.5 hours | Competitive Salary
This is a senior leadership role with significant scope, influence and visibility.
You’ll set the direction for transport transformation, translating strategic ambition into practical, phased delivery across multiple sites. Leading a team of regional Transport Change Managers, you’ll ensure new processes, systems and ways of working are embedded consistently and sustainably.
You’ll act as the senior authority for all transport change entering the network, working closely with operational leaders and central functions to sequence activity, manage impact and deliver measurable results.

Your impact
You’ll lead the successful delivery of transport transformation across the business.
You’ll:
13. Own and deliver the transport change plan
14. Lead consistent change management across all DCs
15. Act as gatekeeper for transport change, sequencing initiatives effectively
16. Ensure benefits are defined, delivered and sustained
17. Build strong relationships with General Managers and senior logistics leaders
18. Drive standardisation, digital adoption and continuous improvement
19. Use data and insight to measure impact and inform future initiatives
About you
You’re an experienced senior leader with deep operational credibility and a strong track record of delivering change.
You’ll bring:
20. Extensive experience leading large-scale transformation in transport or FMCG logistics
21. Proven success operating across multi-site, matrixed environments
22. Strong strategic capability with the ability to translate vision into delivery
23. Exceptional communication and influencing skills
24. A collaborative, structured and outcome-focused approach
Desirable:
25. Change management or Lean Six Sigma qualification
26. Project or programme management certification
27. International CPC
