Electricians Required Up to £50,000 Overtime Primary Areas: Berkshire & North Hampshire (Reading, Bracknell, Slough and surrounding locations) Were recruiting experienced electricians to join our expanding delivery team working on fast-paced social housing projects across SHDF and ECO programmes. This is long-term, secure work with a strong pipeline and clear forward planning. We specialise in social housing retrofit and maintenance contracts, delivering planned and reactive works alongside renewable energy installations. Current projects include the installation of solar PV systems, trickle vents, ventilation upgrades, and associated electrical works as part of wider energy efficiency programmes. Our team takes pride in quality workmanship, professionalism, and delivering projects that make a real impact for communities and clients alike. What We Offer Salary up to £50,000 per year, plus overtime Company van fully equipped and GPS tracked Tools & uniform provided (including certain power tools) 40-hour working week (site-based) Travel time paid first hour each way included, anything beyond paid at overtime rates Long-term pipeline of secured work The Role Youll be carrying out electrical installations, upgrades, testing, and commissioning as part of large-scale social housing retrofit and energy efficiency programmes. This includes working on solar PV systems, ventilation upgrades (including trickle vents), consumer unit upgrades, and general electrical installation works. The role is delivery-focused and suited to electricians who are confident working to programme in a busy, target-driven environment while maintaining high standards of safety and workmanship. Current & Upcoming Work Ongoing SHDF and ECO projects across Reading, Bracknell, Slough, and wider Berkshire & North Hampshire, with a secured pipeline of work for the next 3 years.
