Do you have experience within the automotive industry and proven success in managing a busy HGV workshop?
We are recruiting for a Branch Manager to join our team in Grangemouth on a full-time, permanent basis.
In this role, you will strategically manage and develop all aspects of an MAN Branch, focusing on delivering excellent customer service, parts sales, margin, workshop productivity, and efficiency to ensure profitability. You will ensure a balanced and consistent approach within these areas of responsibility.
You will develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and customers, ensuring high levels of customer service. You should be eager to learn and promote learning among others, share ideas and information, and take pride in achieving team objectives and rewarding staff appropriately.
The ideal candidate will come from an automotive background with at least 5 years of customer service experience in retail sales and service at a senior level. Previous success managing or supervising at least 20 staff across various disciplines is preferred. A detailed knowledge of the truck industry, including service, parts, and parts sales, will be advantageous. A good understanding of financial metrics such as balance sheet, profit & loss, and cash flow will also be beneficial.
