Our small nursery is based at Orford Primary School, with children attending from several surrounding villages. This role is more than just providing high-quality care; it's about making a meaningful impact on each child's individual needs and development. You will assist in the provision of the children's care, safety and learning and it is essential that you are committed to the happiness, well-being, safeguarding, self-esteem and progress of every child. You will: build warm, trusting relationships with very young children create a safe, calm and nurturing environment support children's emotional development, independence and early routines. A practitioner who believes: every child can reach their full potential in developing a curiosity, independence and a love of learning in curiosity about the world an inclusive approach that recognises the potential of children with SEND, EAL or disadvantaged backgrounds a practitioner who can create stimulating, inclusive learning experiences.
