Administrative Support Role


We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrator to join our team. As an integral part of our operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our business.


Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders, including coordinating complex diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements. You will also prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials for key meetings and events.


In addition, you will process expenses, track key deadlines, and manage confidential information with discretion. Your proactive approach and ability to work autonomously will enable you to anticipate needs and take initiative where necessary.
