Job Title: Sales Team Manager
Location: Harrogate
Salary: £50,000 per annum + Commission (£60,000 OTE)
Hours: Monday to Friday
An exciting leadership opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Team Manager to join a growing, high performing organisation. Responsibilities
* Support the day to day running of the department
* Coach and motivate sales executives to achieve sales targets and KPIs
* Ensure compliance with company policies and FCA regulations
* Promote the adoption of company vision and values across your team
* Maintain high service standards to encourage repeat business and referrals
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience as a Team Leader/Manager in an FCA regulated environment
* Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team to deliver results
* Strong customer service focus and understanding of the sales process
* High IT literacy and organisational skills
* Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal abilities
* Positive, results driven, and enthusiastic attitude
