Conveyancing Assistant – Bradford
An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join the Bradford office of a well-established, Legal 500-ranked regional law firm. This is a full-time, permanent role offering a competitive salary alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
Applicants should have at least two years' experience in a comparable conveyancing support position.

The role:
Working closely with a Conveyancing Fee Earner, you will provide hands-on support across the full residential conveyancing process. Responsibilities will include assisting with sales and purchase transactions, conducting searches, drafting contracts, dealing with enquiries and incoming funds and liaising with clients, solicitors and other third parties. You will also be involved in preparing completion statements and bills, as well as submitting applications to HM Land Registry and HMRC for SDLT.
Experience handling new build transactions would be beneficial, though it is not a requirement.
You will join a supportive and collaborative team of Conveyancers, Assistants and Administrators, working across a broad range of residential property matters. The successful candidate will be confident managing day-to-day responsibilities independently while also contributing effectively as part of the wider team.
