Key responsibilities:
* Drive sales performance and achieving targets
* Lead by example on the shop floor, delivering an exceptional client experience
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with a loyal and international clientele
* Oversee daily operations, stock management and visual standards
* Motivate, coach and develop the team to ensure high performance and engagement
* Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistency in service and presentation
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a management role within luxury or premium retail
* Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach
* Commercial awareness and ability to drive KPIs
* Excellent communication skills and natural ability to engage with clients
