Key Responsibilities
* Deliver physiotherapy interventions for patients with acute medical conditions across multiple hospital sites.
* Assess, plan, and implement tailored treatment plans to optimise patient outcomes.

* Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with NHS standards.

Requirements
* HCPC registration is essential.
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in an NHS acute medical ward setting.
* Valid driving licence is preferable to travel between sites.
