Molton Brown is an icon of uniquely British style and part of Kao’s global cosmetics portfolio. We are seeking dedicated Seasonal Sales Consultants in Exeter to join our team for the Christmas period, commencing in November and ending in December 2025. Multiple part-time opportunities are available for brand champions with customer service experience to help make this Christmas special for our customers.
What You Will Do
As the face of our brand, you will provide excellent customer service and detailed product knowledge to our customers. Using a personalized selling approach, you will manage the customer journey from start to finish, including providing sensorial experiences through signature services such as fragrance consultations or hand and arm massages. You will also assist the team with general store tasks, including stock management, cleaning and replenishment.
What We Are Looking For
We are open to all levels of experience. You should have excellent communication skills, confidence, and a positive, can-do attitude. Maintain a high standard of personal grooming, have a passion for luxury, and champion our brand values. You must work well in a team, be driven to achieve store and personal KPIs, and have flexibility in working arrangements to suit business requirements.
