Chief Financial Officer

A premium, multi-site brand - with clear ambitions to become the Third Space within its category - is now looking to appoint a CFO to help shape and scale the business through its next phase of growth.
This is a career-defining opportunity to build and own the finance function from the ground up.
The role:
* Define and lead the overall financial strategy aligned to growth
* Build and scale the finance function - team, systems and processes
* Own financial planning, forecasting and performance analysis
* Partner closely with the Founder on commercial decision-making
* Drive site-level profitability, margin optimisation and cost control
* Support fundraising, investor relations and future capital strategy
* Implement scalable reporting, controls and governance as the business grows
* Act as a key strategic partner to the Founder and leadership team

We’re looking for someone who:
* Operates in founder mode - hands-on, pragmatic and commercially sharp
* Has experience in scaling finance within consumer or multi-site environments
* Understands the realities of site-level economics and growth
* Can build lean, effective structures without overengineering
* Is motivated by long-term value creation and equity upside
The detail:
* c.£100–150k base
* Equity participation available for the right individual
