Description
Process and manage payroll operations for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Handle payroll queries, providing clear and professional support to employees and management.
Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure seamless operations.
Calculate and process statutory deductions, including tax and pension contributions.
Prepare and submit payroll reports to senior management as required.
Stay updated on legislative changes affecting payroll and implement necessary adjustments.
Support internal and external audits by providing accurate payroll documentation.Profile
A successful Payroll professional should have:
Previous experience in payroll processing within the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry or a similar sector.
A strong understanding of payroll systems and compliance requirements.
Excellent numerical and organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
