Rents and Service Charges Analyst (£41,745 per annum, full-time, hybrid)
Job Role
We are seeking a methodical and knowledgeable analyst to join our team and help ensure our approach to rents and service charges are compliant, transparent and fair.
As one of our in-house experts, you will use your working knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and best-practices to provide clear, accurate and timely information to tenants and colleagues. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach. You will work collaboratively across teams, analyse and process data, and resolve queries with professionalism and attention to detail.

Location Details
The role will be based in our Sevenoaks Office, however we offer a flexible approach to hybrid working.
