In the role of Engineering Lecturer, you'll predominantly be based at the Engineering Centre and your focus will be on delivering curriculum and production of resources, and teaching groups of learners in various Engineering subjects. You will also work on standardisation and internal verification of assessments.
Ideally, you'll have at least a level 3 industry related qualification, a level 3 teaching qualification (or be able to prove equivalent ability) and demonstrable experience with 2 years industry experience and educational delivery to level 3 (preferably technical qualifications) It's important that you're able to effectively communicate wit tutors, learners and parents as well as monitor progress and manage interventions and demonstrate our College values of Kindness, Unity and Excellence in your role.
