Opportunity
Step into a specialist property litigation team where you'll handle a sharp mix of commercial real estate disputes—think lease battles, development fallouts, complex rights issues, and strategic enforcement matters. You'll work directly with a recognised practice leader and senior litigators who are genuinely invested in your development.
Responsibilities
* Run your own varied contentious property caseload
* Join heavyweight disputes alongside senior lawyers
* Draft, negotiate, and manage matters through hearings and mediations
* Gain exposure to development disputes, landlord‑tenant issues, boundaries, covenants, and possession work
* Play a real role in client relationships, BD activity, and team growth
Qualifications
A sharp, commercially minded solicitor (approximately 2‑5 PQE) with solid property litigation experience. You need confidence, attention to detail, and the drive to move your career up a notch within a high‑performing team.
