We are seeking a qualified English Teacher to join our secondary school in Chichester for one term. This role involves full teaching responsibilities for Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students. Day-to-day of the role:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons to KS3 and KS4 students.
* Assess and record students' progress and prepare them for examinations.
* Foster a positive learning environment and manage classroom behavior effectively.
* Collaborate with other teaching staff to plan and coordinate lessons.
* Participate in school meetings and events.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Proven experience in teaching English to secondary school students.
* Strong understanding of the UK curriculum for KS3 and KS4 English.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to engage and inspire students.
