We’re recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing real estate investment & asset management firm with a clear, thematic investment focus: industrial & logistics (sheds), UK living (beds), and science & innovation. They invest via direct equity and by building owner-operator platforms

What the Role Involves
You’ll join as a Property Asset Manager Associate reporting into senior AMs and Partners. Initially you’ll manage firm-owned industrial & logistics assets – single tenant and multi-let nationally. Over time you’ll help scale the management platform to include JV and European assets.
Key tasks include:
* Overseeing day-to-day operations: lease compliance, rent/service charge collection, tenant relations, contractor & site oversight.
* Working closely on strategic tasks: rent reviews, lease negotiations, assisting with acquisitions & disposals.
* Helping establish procedures, systems & operations to support rapid growth and high ESG/investment standards.
What We’re Looking For
* MRICS qualified (newly qualified, up to ~2 years PQE)
* Strong industrial & logistics property management experience (client side or consultancy)
* Highly organised, self-starter, with a high attention to detail and strong communication skills
* Comfortable travelling: full UK driving licence essential (site visits will be required)
