We are currently recruiting for an experienced Legal Assistant to join our RTA/fraud department in Bolton. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the work they do, the service they provide and getting the best results for their clients.
As Legal Assistant you will be working towards assisting the Solicitors/ Fee earners with administrative tasks. You will be expected to be able to work well as part of a fast-paced team, whilst also being able to perform tasks independently and at the same time, maintaining a good attention to detail and using initiative, as and when required.

Responsibilities to include:
· Speaking with clients on regular basis, provide updates and putting questions to them, as and when required in order to assist the case handlers
· Prepare/draft a variety of legal documents, under the guidance of the case handlers
· Support case handlers in the preparation and collation of information and documentation so as to assist in the progression of cases
· Reviewing, preparing and redacting documentation as and when required.
· Accurately perform tasks as instructed
· Readying materials for the ongoing progression of cases
· Manage, organize, and maintain documents in paper and electronic filing systems
· Provide general administrative assistance
About You:
· A knowledge of computers particularly excel spreadsheets will be necessary
· Good organisational skills
· An ability to be able to prioritise work
· An ability to work to deadlines and the demands of the team
· An ability to work in a fast-paced demanding environment
