Overview: Within our Global Supply Chain (GSC) business, we manufacture and supply medicines and vaccines to meet patients’ needs. GSK operates 37 medicines and vaccines manufacturing sites and focuses on digital, sustainable manufacturing to improve speed, quality and scale of product supply. The programme aims to prepare you for future technical, operational and engineering roles within GSK’s Global Supply Chain in your chosen discipline.

What will you do?
* Work on projects that improve manufacturing processes, reduce waste, and support product development.
* Engage in digital innovation, process modelling, and data analytics to optimise manufacturing performance.
* Develop and enhance manufacturing processes for efficiency, reliability and compliance.
* Lead improvement projects and build technical knowledge of products and production processes.
* Develop problem-solving skills (DMAIC/Six Sigma).
* Develop digital expertise and report on data-driven improvements.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product introductions and remediation projects.
