You will join an established, friendly, and supportive team and be responsible for the planning, delivery, and management of single and multiple client projects and work with fantastic clients. Responsibilities

Project Ownership

1. Accept ownership and responsibility of any assigned project
2. Maintain oversight of all aspects of the project delivery including resourcing
3. To accept responsibility for, and provide support and guidance to all Team members
4. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to an agreed timeline and specifications
5. Ensure proactive weekly reporting with any assign Account Management resource to an agreed format inclusive of an explanation of current solutions in place for any issues and escalation of potential serious issues ahead of time

Client Management

6. Maintain regular client contact and ensure frequent and accurate reporting to allow a client to make an informed decisions
7. Ensure every Rapiergroup promise is followed through as expected

Project Management

8. Ensure the proper project set-up and upkeep at all times
9. Ensure the high quality of any client facing documentation
10. Ensure early Health and Safety planning in terms of design inputs
11. Proactively liaise with all internal teams to achieve the most effective and efficient planning
12. Strive for an efficient, accurate and inclusive of creative briefing and review process
13. Commit to a detailed and well thought through Project plan on every project
14. Drive a fully inclusive Project Kick-off meeting with all essential discipline experts
15. To commit early and cost competitive team logistics
16. To have a full understand of Rapiergroup’s purchasing policy and actively gain guidance from the Head of Production
17. To create, review and sign off any Event Safety Plan with the Head of Production
18. Ensure every team member is pre briefed and clear on their onsite their roles and responsivity
19. To oversee the onsite delivery in line with any pre-event plans
20. To inventory and document any client property which we take charge of

Supplier Management

21. To ensure all supplier contracts are in the best client and Rapiergroup interests and to proactively challenge and negotiate with contractors to produce savings.
22. To ensure the Head of Production is consulted on every projects to agree the purchasing strategy

Finance

23. Ensure regular and accurate upkeep of your assigned projects in Procim
24. Ensure the creation of a full and detailed budget to form the opening SOW for any assigned project
25. Ensure regular and detailed change management process inclusive of client reporting
26. To create a ‘cash positive’ billing schedule
27. To undertake regular project time audits, discuss with the Head of Project Delivery and act accordingly on findings
28. To conduct a full, detailed and accurate reconciliation of every project

Closure

29. To ensure a professional closure of any project inclusive of but not limited to;

Proposal & Pitch

30. Support new business bids if requested as a member of the pitch team
31. Participate in proposal planning and creation as appropriate
32. Input and participate in pitch presentation if needed
