Position: HVAC Technical Manager
Location: Northwest
Salary: £60k plus
We have exclusively partnered with an award winning HVAC company with 25 years of industry experience, currently undergoing significant growth. As a result of this expansion, we are seeking an experienced HVAC Technical Manager to working their portfolio on service agreements and manage 17 engineers within the North west region.
The HVAC Technical Manager will be responsible for delivery of service agreements across the region, managing a team of 17 engineers and holding full P&L responsibility for your portfolio.
You will oversee both planned and reactive maintenance programmes, as well as small works projects. This includes plant replacements, HVAC system upgrades, and lifecycle improvements to critical HVAC infrastructure. Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, you will ensure all works are delivered safely, compliantly, and to the highest technical standards.
Job Requirements
Based in and around the Northwest
Minimum 5 years' experience within HVAC Industry in a managerial role.
Time served as an engineer
Strong HVAC knowledge of VRV & VRF
Hold valid UK license
Salary & Benefits
£60k based on experience
Based on the 40-hour week
