Are you a visionary leader with a passion for inclusion and safeguarding? Due to the promotions of the current postholders, Excel Learning Trust is seeking two dedicated and ambitious Vice Principals to join our primary leadership teams in two of our schools – Knavesmire Primary School and Scarcroft Primary School. With responsibility for Deep Support, these are pivotal roles designed to drive high standards, foster an inclusive culture, and ensure the safety and welfare of every pupil.
Responsibilities
As Vice Principal you will support the Head of School in all aspects of leadership, specifically overseeing the Deep Support and inclusion agenda, identifying improvement priorities, deputising for the Head of School when required, and acting as the school’s Designated Safeguarding Lead.

* Resilient, reflective leaders who maintain high expectations for themselves and pupils.
* Proven experience as an excellent primary classroom practitioner with a track record of strong pupil outcomes.
* Commitment to ensuring every child achieves their full potential.
