The role
Responsibilities will include:
* Processing invoices, expenses and supplier payments
* Coordinating payroll with an external provider
* Maintaining financial records and supporting bookkeeping
* Carrying out bank reconciliations and supporting financial reporting
* Supporting administration including meetings, records and office systems
* Providing administrative support for events and projects
* Supporting governance processes including board meetings and minute-taking
About you
You'll likely have experience in finance administration, bookkeeping or office administration, along with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
We're particularly interested in people who:
* Are confident managing financial administration such as invoicing or payments
* Have strong organisational and record-keeping skills
* Are comfortable managing multiple priorities
* Communicate well and build positive working relationships
* Can work independently in a remote environment
Experience with Sage, CRM systems or minute-taking would be beneficial. Welsh language skills are welcomed but not essential.
