Talent Acquisition Executive - WFH | £300-£350 per day (umbrella rate)
A major eCommerce brand is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Associate to support internal hiring and mobility across its UK operation. This is an inside IR35 contract offered on an initial three-month term with a strong likelihood of extension.
What you’ll be doing
* Supporting internal mobility and internal hiring across a wide variety of company departments
* Engaging with existing employees about open roles and career opportunities
* Scheduling interviews and coordinating closely with hiring managers
* Managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
* Acting as a key point of contact for tech stakeholders
What they’re looking for
* 2–5 years’ experience in talent acquisition or recruitment coordination
* Confident, positive communicator with strong stakeholder skills
* Organised, proactive and comfortable managing volume
* Tech-savvy and happy working across recruitment systems
Working pattern
* Remote-first
* 1–2 days per month in the Bedfordshire office
