Regional Manager Trafficking & Exploitation Survivors’ Service (TESS) Location: Scotland Contract: Fixed term until 1 December 2026 (with potential to be extended or made permanent) Salary: £45,643k Role Summary: Our Client is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead the Trafficking and Exploitation Survivors’ Service (TESS) in Scotland. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, ensuring contractual compliance, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders to deliver high-quality support to vulnerable clients. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee operational management of TESS services in line with contractual and legal requirements. • Line manage and develop a high-performing team, ensuring effective workload allocation. • Act as primary contact for stakeholder engagement, including Scottish Government, Police Scotland, NGOs, and local authorities. • Lead on safeguarding, incident management, and health and safety compliance. • Manage reporting, audits, and quality improvement initiatives. • Drive service KPIs and continuous improvement, incorporating client feedback and co-production activities.
