As a Graduate Design Engineer, you\'ll receive on-the-job training and mentorship while taking on a variety of responsibilities. These include assisting in product testing and validation, refining production processes, developing measurement methods, and supporting documentation across the product catalogue.

The Role
* Specialist technical training and continued progression opportunities
* Support senior engineers in product development and process refinement
* Research new technologies and materials for future product improvements
* Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to optimise production methods
The Candidate
* Degree or equivalent in an Engineering discipline (or experience)
* Strong problem-solving skills with an eagerness to learn and develop
* Good attention to detail and communication skills
* Knowledge of CAD software (SolidWorks preferable)
