As we embark on an exciting next chapter of growth, we are looking for a Senior People Operations Manager to support this specialist operations team over the next 6 months within our People & Experience (HR) Team.
This contract role, managing, inspiring and developing a People Ops team of 3, will take a lead role across:
* Payroll – Hands on experience required.
* HRIS – looking at implementations, improvements & efficiencies.
* HR Admin – full employee lifecycle admin.
* Compliance & Reporting.
* Total Rewards.
Although this is only a 6 month contract, this is a unique opportunity to play a key part in creating your own footprints in an organization with a big heart.
