? About the Role
We are seeking a committed Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant and supportive primary school team. In this role, you will work closely with class teachers to deliver high-quality learning experiences, support pupils with varying needs, and contribute to creating a positive, inspiring classroom environment.
? What Youll Be Doing
* Supporting the class teacher with daily lessons and activities
* Working 1:1 or with small groups to reinforce learning
* Providing tailored support for pupils with additional needs
* Encouraging positive behaviour and student engagement
* Assisting with planning, resources, and classroom organisation
* Helping create an inclusive, nurturing learning environment
? What Were Looking For
* A recent graduate (any subject welcome; education-related degrees a bonus)
* A genuine desire to work with children and pursue a career in teaching
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A positive, proactive, and patient approach
* Previous experience working with children is beneficial but not essential
