An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Manager at the Enhanced Community Residential Service (ECRS) in Mold. The post holder will provide high quality evidence‑based health services and be responsible for effective team development and management required to achieve this.
Responsibilities
* Advise and support staff in the management of complex cases.
* Deliver high quality evidence‑based clinical care.
* Ensure appropriate allocation of referrals to clinical staff.
* Carry out regular clinical and management supervision to ensure safe practice.
* Engage with PADR reviews.
* Ensure the team delivers a quality service.
