Position: Area Sales Manager (Midlands)
We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Fenestration team as an Area Sales Manager (Midlands). The successful candidate will oversee a regional patch in the Midlands, focusing on expanding opportunities with existing clients and capturing new market prospects.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the designated sales area, develop new business, and maintain existing accounts.
* Promote SFS products to relevant markets as per company strategies.
* Identify industry trends and align SFS offerings accordingly.
* Differentiate SFS in the market.
* Achieve sales targets across all product ranges.
* Maximize regional profitability.
* Develop and maintain customer relationships.
* Prospect and develop new business within PVC-U, Composite Doors, Aluminium, and Timber sectors.
* Support team members and provide product demonstrations and technical advice.
* Handle customer product or service issues.
* Complete ad hoc duties as required.
* Provide monthly business updates to the Sales Director.
* Maintain accurate CRM data.
Candidate Profile
* Proactive with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
* Business and commercial awareness.
* Technical knowledge of the fenestration industry preferred but not essential.
* Experience in developing customer relationships and delivering product training.
