Location: Portland, Dorset
Pay: £14.50 per hour
Hours: 36 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Nights 8:00pm to 8:00am (12-hour shifts)

Were looking for a compassionate Female Support Worker to join our care team, supporting one individual in their family home in Portland, Dorset. She enjoys a calm environment, watching films and having someone there who understands her needs and helps make her evenings feel safe, supported and comfortable.



?? What You'll Be Doing

This is a one-to-one night support role where youll help with:

* Night-time routines and reassurance

* General support throughout the evening

* Promoting comfort, safety and a peaceful environment

Your experience will help shape her journey especially if youve supported individuals with:

* Learning Disabilities

* Autism

* Behaviours that may be perceived as challenging
