A young and exciting independent cafe in the heart of Clifton Village is looking for amazing kitchen team members to bring great food, creativity and service to the people. We're committed to being a living wage foundation company., As the CDP/JR Sous you'll be assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating new, seasonally inspired dishes for our menu and maintaining a high level of service and food quality. You'll also be training & managing the kitchen team, controlling stock levels, and ensuring food safety regulations are being properly adhered to in their absence.

Experience
Chef: 1 year (required)
Pastry and/or baking experience (preferred)
Current Level 2 or 3 in Food Safety
