Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development and implementation of health and safety policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel. Support the Health & Safety Manager in providing expert advice and guidance to project teams on safety best practices and regulatory requirements. Assist with incident investigations, documenting findings and implementing corrective actions as necessary to prevent recurrence. Collaborate with project stakeholders to promote a positive safety culture and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements: Previous experience in a health and safety role within the construction or industrial sector is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of health and safety legislation and regulations is advantageous. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. A proactive attitude towards safety and a commitment to promoting a culture of safety excellence. NEBOSH or similar certification is desirable but not essential.
