Our mission: helping people to a better future About The Role We are looking for a motivated Client Welcome and Office Coordinator, to join our dynamic Client Services team in both our Chelmsford and Brentwood Offices. This position is being offered as a f ull-time role. You will be required to work o n Monday and Friday in our Brentwood office and on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in our Chelmsford o ffice and we are happy to discuss this. Client Welcome What this role would include Provide cover and support to the Client Welcome team. Prepare meeting rooms and onsite events. Management of incoming and outgoing post and the ordering of stationery. Support the Legal teams assisting with administrative and document-based tasks. Facilities Being point of contact and reporting any office or facilities issues to the relevant Manager or IT Manager. This could be issues with utilities, general equipment and printers. Archiving Administration of archiving, including the retrieval of wills, deeds, and file documents. Check information on business systems is correct for entering and retrieval of all documents.
