Full Stack Engineers (Java | ReactJS | AngularJS)
Hybrid Working: 1 day per week onsite in Cardiff (non-negotiable)Eligibility: SC Eligible candidates onlySalary: £60,000 - £80,000 DOE
We're hiring 5 experienced Full Stack Engineers to join major enterprise banking projects focused on delivering secure, scalable, and modern digital platforms. This is an excellent opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in a collaborative, engineering-led environment.
Tech Stack & Environment
You'll be working across a modern cloud-native stack including:
* Backend: Java 17+, Spring Boot 3+, REST APIs, JPA, Microservices Architecture
* Frontend: ReactJS/AngularJS, TypeScript, HTML5
* Cloud & DevOps: AWS Lambda, Step Functions, IAM, Docker, CI/CD pipelines
* Messaging & Integration: Kafka/MQ
* Testing: JUnit 4/5, Jest/Karma, BDD/TDD practices
* Tools: Git, GitLab, IntelliJ IDEA, JIRA
* Database: MS SQL Server
* Ways of Working: Agile, automated testing, secure-by-design engineering principles
What You'll Be Doing
* Designing and developing scalable enterprise applications
* Building high-quality, maintainable, and secure code
* Collaborating with engineering, product, and design teams
* Contributing to modern engineering practices and code reviews
* Working within Agile delivery teams on complex digital transformation programmes
