We’re searching for a Home Manager to lead a CQC-registered residential care home for older people in Walton-on-the-Naze. You’ll be responsible for day-to-day operations, quality assurance, and team leadership, ensuring every resident receives safe, person-centred, and compassionate care.

* You’ll bring strong experience managing within adult social care, ideally with Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
* You understand the demands of CQC inspection and governance — and how to meet them with excellence.
* You know how to inspire, coach, and develop staff, fostering a positive and professional working environment.
