Opportunity –
As an Editor, you will:
* Oversee completion of assigned print, blended, and digital projects, ensuring error-free and timely delivery.
* Identify and onboard suitable content creators, reviewers, and freelancers.
* Conduct market research and analyze inputs to recommend content updates.
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Editors, Managing Editor, Designers, Sales, Marketing) for smooth project execution.
* Ensure cost-effective publication and manage schedules for assigned titles.
Your work will directly influence the quality of STEM educational materials, supporting OUP’s reputation for excellence and helping learners succeed.
About You
* Postgraduate or equivalent degree in Mathematics, Science, or Computer Science.
* Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably across multiple STEM subjects.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Basic knowledge of editing and digital content creation.
* Sound understanding of Mathematics pedagogy.
* Effective organizational skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.
* Experience in managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
