Responsibilities:
1. Telehandler work, grain carting, some cultivations, hedge & grass cutting and other general work.
2. Work well independently on tasks and collaboratively as a teamwork.
3. Become familiar with irrigation processes.
4. Potato work such carting and harvesting, location dependent (Goole).
5. Upkeep farm appearance and strive to help maintain the value of the equipment, facility, and its assets.
6. Champion all safety guidelines to keep self and team members safe at work and attend all training and meetings to keep current on updated procedures and regulations.
Qualifications:
7. 18 years old and over
8. Full driving license
Desirable:
9. Telehandler certificate
10. PA1, PA2, PA4 and Counter Balance qualifications
11. Workshop skills
12. Knowledge of Greenstar
13. Strong communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills.
14. Must be able to work outside in year-round weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, and snow.
15. Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 35 kg.
