Early Years Officer – Full Time, Permanent Northamptonshire Salary: £25,979–£27,269 FTE (actual pro rata) Hours: 37.5/week, all year round (term time plus cover weeks) Start date: ASAP – Permanent The Role A maintained nursery school in Northamptonshire is seeking a dedicated Early Years Officer to lead high-quality teaching and care for children aged 0–4. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging learning activities, managing a key group, assessing child progress, and overseeing daily routines and transitions. You’ll also coordinate parent consultations, home visits, deploy support staff, and maintain a stimulating environment. The setting values innovation, strong safeguarding, and reflective practice.
