Overview
Oversee perimeter access through reception for staff, tenants, contractors, and visitors.
Responsibilities
* Undertaking patrolling, searching and emergency response procedures.
* Monitor access and egress of personnel and guests and respond to breaches.
* Maintain clear and legible records and logbooks. Adhere to health & safety at all times.
* Any other duties deemed necessary.
* Delivering excellent customer service.
* Maintain good concentration and coordination; effective report writing.
* Physically protect the premises from external or internal threats and preserve life.
* Prevent loss of assets, critical technology, sensitive information or reputational damage.
* Demonstrate knowledge of the client and critical systems, escalate where appropriate, and solve problems under pressure.
* Ability to multi-task and prioritise daily workload.
* Willingness to embrace new and exciting challenges and deliver excellent service.
* Front of house experience and valid SIA licence.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
