The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Consultant who thrives on building and growing client relationships. You’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, developing new partnerships, and deepening our presence within technology markets. You’ll have the freedom to take ownership of a vertical market, backed by a respected brand, a collaborative team, and access to cutting‑edge recruitment tools and marketing support. What You’ll Be Doing
* Proactively identify, engage, and win new clients within the tech sector.
* Own and grow your market vertical, becoming a go‑to specialist in your niche.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high‑quality recruitment solutions.
* Run campaigns, networking initiatives, and market insights to build your personal brands.
* Contribute ideas, energy, and leadership as we scale our business.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven track record in recruitment or experience selling B2B solutions to enterprise clients — ideally within a niche technology market.
* Strong business development skills with a natural ability to open doors and build trust.
* Driven, ambitious, and motivated by success and opportunity.
* Commercially minded with excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
* Someone who thrives in a high‑performance, collaborative environment.
