Location: Knutsford WA16 9EU - 3 days office
Duration: 30/11/2026
Pay-rate: £483 per day (PAYE through Umbrella)
Job Description:
1. Bachelor's degree in technology with working experience in Unix
2. Must be Red Hat Certified and ITII Foundation certified.
3. Working experience Over 6 years in fats paced UNIX environment.
4. Excellent communication and articulation skill
5. Ability to drive interaction with senior stakeholder.
6. Comfortable to work in APAC/EMEA and weekend
7. Unix Administration and troubleshooting skills, clear concepts Of LVM, user Management & Operating system
8. Troubleshooting on filesystem & user access related issues.
9. Deep understanding Of UNIX OS & Troubleshooting on various UNIX OS Issue
10. Knowledge of automation, Chef, powerbroker technologies
11. AWS/cloud knowledge would be added advantage
12. Experience in Remote troubleshooting and diagnosis of UNIX issues
13. Work with vendors like Linux & Oracle in coordinating hardware/software issues
