This School is designed for students with SEMH, Autism, ADHD, and related needs. They provide a calm, caring, and focused environment. Every student is supported to grow socially, emotionally, and academically at their own pace. Responsibilities
* Deliver consistently high:quality, individualised teaching and learning
* Contribute to School improvement planning and reflective practice
* Provide guidance and mentorship to classroom and support staff
* Advise School leadership on effective strategies and educational resources
* Support and lead relevant training and development initiatives
* Champion the Schools ethos of inclusion, resilience, and empowerment
Requirements
* QTS qualification is a prerequisite
* Deep understanding of SEN, especially in SEMH, Autism, and ADHD support
* Strong team collaboration skills within multi:disciplinary settings
* Experience coaching or mentoring support staff such as TAs and LSAs
* Confident in planning, documenting, and tracking student progress
* Hands:on experience with complex behavioural and communication needs
