Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary & Qualifications
Salary starting from £13.50 per hour, dependent on qualification and experience.
Must hold Level 3 or above in Childcare.
Purpose
To give children healthy foundations in fantastic settings, helping them build confidence and resilience that will set them up for success later in life.
Responsibilities
* Plan activities, observe progress and manage personal care for children.
* Apply the Storal curriculum and our pedagogy principles daily.
* Seek out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes and transitions.
* Build bonds with children and families through meaningful moments.
* Deliver high levels of care and empathy, understanding that every opportunity can be a learning opportunity.
Qualifications & Experience
* Early Years qualification at Level 3.
* Experience working with all age groups within Early Years settings.
* Knowledge of the EYFS framework would be advantageous.
Team & Environment
